Runner’s Strength & Mobility Workshop

Whether you’re training for your first 5K or your next marathon, this free 1-hour workshop is designed to help you run stronger, longer, and pain-free.

Led by Empower U Performance Physical Therapists, we’ll focus on practical, easy-to-learn strength and mobility exercises specifically for runners. Using mobility bands and bodyweight movements, you’ll learn how to:
