
Fall races are wrapping up and days are getting darker and colder - which means itβs the perfect season to work on strength that you have been neglecting all summer! This one hour class is focused on muscle groups and movements specific to running to help you not only prevent injuries but get faster too! Our running specialist Kaitlyn will provide feedback on form and modify exercises to match your individual needs.
Whether youβre an advanced runner or just getting started, we encourage you to sign up and get stronger with us this winter! The cost is $10 per runner per workout and breakfast will be provided.
